TRANSITIONS:

The term transition refers to move from one place to another place. Similarly, MS POWERPOINT gives the opportunity to its users to apply transitions in slide in order to create more effective presentations.

This option is available on the main menu tab- ‘Transitions’. Click on it, you will find multiple options there. Click on the slide where you want to apply transitions.

HOW TO INSERT POWERPOINT THEMES?

MS PowerPoint, gives you an option to transform white background into different themes. Besides, you have an option to select the slide size. SLIDE SIZE: Go to Design tab, you will find this icon on top right corner.                               THEMES : For desired themes click on Design tab and there you are provided with the list of themes. SHORT CUT KEYS IN EXCEL

When it comes to make table, data sheet, pie chart and graphs we prefer Microsoft Excel. Therefore, another name of excel is worksheet. By inserting formula and short cut keys we can easily navigate the data. Although Excel has an advanced version, we will start up with basic formula.  Shift+F11:   By using this key a new sheet appears in excel.
