SHORT CUT KEYS IN EXCEL





When it comes to make table, data sheet, pie chart and graphs we prefer Microsoft Excel. Therefore, another name of excel is worksheet. By inserting formula and short cut keys we can easily navigate the data. Although Excel has an advanced version, we will start up with basic formula. 

Shift+F11:  By using this key a new sheet appears in excel. For instance, if you are working in sheet 1 and you require sheet 2, for this press Shift+F11

F2: This key is used to rename the cell in excel doc.

Ctrl+D: This key is used to copy the selected cell vertically. Select the targeted cell, press Shift+ Downward arrow and finally press Ctrl+D

                              


Ctrl+ PAGE UP: This key is used to move to the previous sheet in excel.

Ctrl+ PAGE DOWN: This key is used to move to the next sheet in excel.


Ctrl + Downward arrow: This key drag you to the last cell in excel sheet.

Shift + Spacebar: This shortcut key is used to select a row.
Ctrl + Spacebar: This shortcut key is used to select a column.

Ctrl + Minus Sign: This key is used to delete an entire row and column. After pressing this key a pop-up box appears, where these two options are mentioned.
