  Microsoft PowerPoint has ‘Picture Style’ feature. This feature allows an audience to put effects in different and unique ways.   TRANSITIONS: The term transition refers to move from one place to another place. Similarly, MS POWERPOINT gives the opportunity to its users to apply transitions in slide in order to create more effective presentations. This option is available on the main menu tab- ‘Transitions’. Click on it, you will find multiple options there.   Video presentation is the option to clear concepts and provides unique picture to the audience. Therefore, message can be conveyed through video presentation. However, PowerPoint provides two techniques for the users. So, they can easily upload video in MS PowerPoint. TECHNIQUE 1: Go to the Insert tab button.                                       On the top right corner, click on Media option, there you will find ‘video’ icon. Click on it. MS PowerPoint, gives you an option to transform white background into different themes. Besides, you have an option to select the slide size. SLIDE SIZE: Go to Design tab, you will find this icon on top right corner.                               THEMES : For desired themes click on Design tab and there you are provided with the list of themes. Further, you can browse your own favorite theme according to the presentation topic. There is an option to change the colors of selected theme.                                     SLIDE MAKING: Write title and subtitle and change the font style and size.
